Outdoor lighting is all we do. Not a sideline to landscaping or electrical work — the whole job, from the first dusk walk-through to the final focusing.

Designed in-house, installed by our own crew.
Unique Outdoor Lighting is run by David Kraus out of Bridgewater, NJ. The work has stayed the same throughout: designing and installing outdoor lighting for New Jersey homes and businesses, one property at a time.
Every design is done in-house and every install is done by our own crew — no subcontractors, no handoffs. We're fully insured on every project, and we serve properties across Morris, Essex, Somerset, Union, Bergen County.
The systems we put in are meant to be lived with after dark, which is why they're designed at dusk, focused by hand at night, and serviced by the same company that installed them.

Design preview & walkthrough
You see the design on the property before we buy a fixture — the layout walked through at the exact hour the light would fall, so anything worth adjusting is adjusted while it is still on paper.
Clean installation
Our own crew, not subcontractors. Buried wiring, transformers sized with headroom, and beds left the way we found them.
Night focusing
Every fixture is aimed and dimmed after dark on the property itself, because how a beam reads on the wall in the field is what the wall actually gets, not what a plan predicts.
Seasonal service
We come back on a schedule to re-aim after leaf-out, clear lenses, and adjust for growth — the same crew that installed the system, for as long as you own it.
