This website is operated by Unique Outdoor Lighting, based in Bridgewater, NJ. Fishtown Development builds and maintains the website on our behalf. Fishtown Development is not a party to any quote, proposal or service agreement between you and Unique Outdoor Lighting.

Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about outdoor lighting and our services. It is not professional electrical, engineering or design advice for your property. Every property is different, and we confirm what will work after we see it.

Prices shown on this site, such as starting prices for holiday lighting, are estimates. A price is not final until we confirm it to you in writing. The work we do for you is governed by the written quote or agreement you accept, not by this website.

The chat assistant

The chat assistant on this site is automated. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing it says is a binding quote, price, appointment or commitment unless a member of our team confirms it to you. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how chat messages are handled.

Text messages

If you sign up for text messages from us, our SMS terms and privacy policy apply to those messages.

Our content

The text, photographs, videos, logos and design of this site belong to Unique Outdoor Lighting or the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for your own personal use. Do not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you misuse this site or break these terms, and someone makes a claim against Unique Outdoor Lighting or its service providers because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, as far as New Jersey law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
